A parking operator in the Boston area told us that when one of their chargers failed, they learned about it 42 days later. 42 days before the owner knew there was a repair to make. That gap is why we're here.
Our CommunityEV work with the Metropolitan Area Planning Council has three solar-canopy carshare sites live across greater Boston, with cars charging on power generated over the parking spaces they sit in. Canary Media covered the pilot. This month: signage corrections at two sites, a charger fault resolved at the third, and a solar panel we're repairing while the chargers keep running.

In California, our work with BodeEV finished two more chargers in a four-site county program in the first week of September, with stamped plans in hand and inspections underway on the rest.
Repairs don't happen because software found the fault. They happen because a licensed electrician showed up, did the work, and got paid for it. That last part was the weakest link in our platform, and it's the bulk of what we shipped since July.
For charger owners: you get an invoice for the work, payable in the app or by a link that doesn't expire. If you keep a balance with us, it's applied automatically. Installs and one-off site visits can be invoiced through Alwayz now too, not just standard repair work orders.
For electricians: each electrician on a job gets paid their own share as soon as the invoice clears. Both sides can pull up a ledger tying every payment and payout to the work it belongs to.
None of that is glamorous. It is the difference between an electrician taking our next job and not.
More sites through the fall, and inspections to close on the California program. The CommunityEV site is getting a five-language version, built in rather than bolted on, and goes live once MAPC signs off.
Own or operate chargers? If you don't know which of your chargers are down right now, that's the problem we solve. Book time with us.
Investors: reply and we'll share what we're seeing in the market and where we're headed.
Licensed electricians: we're expanding into new regions, including Maryland and the Boston metro. If you do EVSE work, we'd like to talk.
