New Pilot Program Launched in Lynn, MA
Alwayz has launched a new pilot program with All-Pro Electric's chargers at the Lynn Ferry Terminal in Lynn, MA, where we are actively monitoring 10 commercial chargers. This allows us to demonstrate the power of our proactive monitoring and rapid dispatch system in a real-world, high-traffic environment, and gather valuable data to further refine our service.
Seamless Payments with Stripe Integration
We've embedded Stripe directly into the Alwayz platform, fully automating payments for service calls. This significantly enhances the user experience and speeds up the entire service cycle, making maintenance easier than ever. This new Stripe integration is a game-changer for platform users:

What's Next: Enabling Remote Troubleshooting via OCPP
Looking ahead, a key development goal for the next 3-6 months is OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol) integration with CSMS partners and OEMs. This will enable remote diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities directly within the Alwayz platform. By diagnosing issues (and potentially resolving some) remotely before dispatching an electrician, or by ensuring electricians have remote troubleshooting steps already communicated, we can significantly reduce repair times and costs. We aim to work closely with CSMS partners to potentially offer a "full package" service combining remote and on-site support.
